Doyle has spent the last 25 years displaying his talents around the Omaha area with a variety of groups. He’s currently the leader of Luigi Inc, a local jazz combo founded by the late great Luigi Waites that is recognized as maintaining one of the longest steady gigs in the country at Mister Toads every Sunday. Doyle has also been heard with Finest Hour, Confidentials, Marcus Lewis Big Band, Billy McGuigans Rave On & Rock Twist, as well as the Omaha Big Band. As a member of UNO Jazz Ensemble, he was the recipient of the Outstanding Soloist award at both the Wichita Jazz Festival and Northern Colorado Jazz Festival.

Saxophonist and composer, Dr. Ben Nichols, has travelled across the globe, performing at large venues, intimate city concerts, and countless jazz festivals throughout North America, South America and Europe. He is known internationally for his expressive sound and energetic artistic style. He is frequently asked to play in many genres and has performed and recorded with contemporaries such as: Ben Wendel (GRAMMY-nominated saxophonist), Wycliffe Gordon (Juilliard Instructor), Jon Faddis (GRAMMY-nominated trumpeter), Eric Marienthal (GRAMMY-winning saxophonist), Brian Bromberg (GRAMMY-nominated bassist), Steve Smith (legendary drummer of Journey), Wayne Bergeron (GRAMMY-nominated trumpeter), Kirk Whalum (seven-time GRAMMY-nominated saxophonist),Dr. Nichols is currently the Assistant Professor of Saxophone at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where he runs the saxophone studio (classical and jazz), directs saxophone quartets, runs a jazz combo, and teaches courses on improvisation, commercial music theory, and woodwind methods.


Mitch Towne – Organ/Keyboards

Mitch Towne is a keyboardist and touring musician, and is widely considered the go-to Hammond organist in the Midwest. His ability to move seamlessly between diverse styles has made him a sought after side man with artists as varied as jazz/R&B artist and Grammy winning producer Terrace Martin, jazz heavyweights Ryan Kisor, Dave Stryker, Joel Frahm and Matt Wilson, blues artists Eric Gales and Ben Poole, and multi-platinum artist Aloe Blacc. In 2015, Towne played organ on the track Push for the album Velvet Portraits by Terrace Martin, which was nominated for a 2016 Grammy for Best R&B album.

David Hawkins – Drums

David Hawkins is a young, up and coming drummer, originally from Omaha, Nebraska. He began seriously pursuing music through the study of jazz, which in turn, has led him to tour, record and perform with a variety of different artists across many genres of music.  Recently on tour with the VOICE finalist Nicholas David and of course several performances with Sebastian Lane, Mitch Towne, Jocelyn, Andrew Bailie and many many more.  He’s worth checking him out live!!
